This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be part of creating beautiful landscapes and outdoor living spaces. As a Design/Build Installer, you'll work alongside experienced team members to transform landscape designs into finished projects through hardscape installation, planting, grading, site preparation, landscape lighting, and other installation work. What You'll Do Install landscape projects according to plans and company quality standards Assist with hardscape and softscape installation, grading, planting, and site preparation Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment Help keep jobsites, trailers, tools, and materials organized Work with your crew to solve challenges in the field and maintain project quality Protect and respect customer property throughout the installation process Leave jobsites clean, organized, and ready for the next day's work What Success Looks Like Successful team members: Complete work accurately and efficiently Take ownership of the quality of their work Follow safety procedures every day Communicate clearly and proactively Support their teammates and contribute to a positive crew environment Look for ways to improve and continuously develop their skills Growth Opportunities This position begins as a Design/Build Installer role, but we believe in promoting from within whenever possible.
