The Role and Responsibilities:

The Installer reports to the Lead Installer and President and is responsible for supporting the installation team and the customer throughout the installation and repair process. The installer will be tasked with reviewing job tickets, prepping the vehicles and necessary equipment, and visiting customer sites to complete various installation and repairs. To be successful in this role, the installer will need to work well with the team, be adaptable to learn a variety of tasks (banners, signage, flagpole installations and repairs), and be passionate about the work we do. A high performer will also demonstrate great customer service skills, a commitment to detail and quality assurance, and solid problem solving skills.

Typical duties include:

Review job tickets and pictures to accurately prepare the vehicles and necessary equipment, supplies, and tools Transport all necessary products and supplies to job site Coordinate with customers upon arrivals, job specifications, and completion of work Accurate installation or repair of a variety of banners, signage, flagpoles, and related products as needed Effective use of power and hand tools, adhesives, leveling equipment, bucket truck hydraulics, cranes, scaffolds, ladders, and more as needed Safe use of all equipment with heights up to 80 feet Maintain effective relationships with customers and a clean, safe and damage-free workspace while on-site and in the warehouse Interpret specifications, artwork, job tickets, and company best practices / policies and procedures to make on-site decisions about jobs in progress Enter information into work tickets in order to keep track of jobs and assignments, including providing pictures of completed work for both billing and marketing purposes JLG/Lift experience required

Preferred Experience:

Installation (signage, flagpoles, construction, etc.) Bucket truck Traffic and vehicle safety Knowledge and familiarity with the industry Effective problem solving skills Customer-centric attitude Integrity and honesty

Additional Details:

Base salary ($25-30/hr) Part Time (20-40 hours per week) W2 Employee Health, Dental, and Vision benefits (if > 30 hours per week) 401(k) with 50% match (if > 30 hours per week) Must be able to pass DOT required MVR and physical check Must be flexible on start and end times (often early morning and potential night and/or weekend work)
