This is not strictly an office position—you'll work alongside the team in the field, help keep jobs running smoothly, and make sure every customer receives quality service. The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional carpet-cleaning experience , strong leadership skills, and the ability to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Assist with scheduling and coordinating daily carpet-cleaning jobs Support, train, and guide field technicians Perform carpet, upholstery, tile, and other specialty-cleaning services Inspect completed work and maintain company quality standards Ensure technicians have the proper equipment, chemicals, and job information Help troubleshoot equipment and job-site concerns Communicate professionally with residential and commercial customers Address customer questions or concerns in a calm, helpful manner Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicles Monitor equipment condition and coordinate routine maintenance Follow company procedures and all applicable safety guidelines Assist management with technician performance, training, and daily operations Be available to step into the Field Manager's role when needed Qualifications Minimum of three years of professional carpet-cleaning experience required Previous leadership, crew-lead, or supervisory experience preferred Experience with truck-mounted carpet-cleaning equipment Knowledge of carpet fibers, stain treatment, cleaning chemicals, and proper cleaning methods Upholstery and tile-cleaning experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to lead by example and work well with both customers and technicians Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screening Ability to lift and carry equipment, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and remain active throughout the workday What We're Looking For We need someone who notices the details, takes pride in their work, and understands that excellent customer service matters just as much as excellent cleaning.
