In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and refinishing hardwood floors. This position will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations and industry standards. Duties Jobsite tearouts including carpet, existing hardwood, or tile. Delivering wood to jobsite locations, including loading and unloading wood bundles from van to jobsite. Use hand tools and power tools safely Perform floor refinishing tasks such as sanding, buffing, and applying finishes Racking out jobsites and installing flooring Must have a clean driving record to be able to operate provided company vehicles Experience Jobsite training provided, experience with hardwood flooring preferred
