BlackRidge Improvements is growing, and we're looking for an experienced hardscape foreman who wants to build high-end outdoor living spaces and be part of a company that's growing exponentially. Demand has outgrown our availability, and we are looking for someone who wants consistent work and the opportunity to grow with the company. What You'll Be Doing

• Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways
• Build retaining walls and steps
• Install bluestone patios and overlays
• Operate mini skid steers, compactors, saws, and other equipment
• Read layouts and maintain accurate grades
• Work directly with the owner on high-quality residential projects
• Help train future employees as the company grows What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of hardscape experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience operating equipment is a plus
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

$26.28 - $31.65 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
