Manager / Installer - Audio, Tint, and PPF Vacaville, CA | Full-Time Sundance Audio & Tint is expanding into Vacaville and seeking an experienced Manager / Installer to lead our team. This role requires a strong mix of technical installation skills and retail management experience. About Us We are a veteran-owned business specializing in: High-end custom audio for cars, boats, ATVs, and RVs Automotive, marine, residential, and commercial window tint Paint Protection Film (PPF), alarms, remote start, and interlock devices We're looking for someone ready to take on a leadership role and grow with us as we build our new location. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service and installations Perform installations for car audio, window tint (automotive, residential, and commercial), PPF, alarms, and related products Lead, train, and support team members to maintain a professional and efficient work environment Manage inventory, scheduling, and customer service needs Represent our brand with professionalism and a commitment to quality Qualifications Proven experience in audio, tint (automotive, residential, and commercial), PPF, and alarm installations Retail management experience, including team leadership and operations oversight Strong technical skills with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Excellent communication and organizational abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule Monday through Friday and every other Saturday Why Join Us?
