Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pallet Racking Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and adjustment of pallet racking systems across various construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that storage solutions are safely and efficiently integrated into warehouse or commercial environments, supporting the overall success of our building initiatives. Duties Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately install pallet racking systems. Assemble, install, and secure pallet racks using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed. Ensure all installations comply with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades such as carpentry, masonry, or electrical teams to facilitate smooth workflow. Conduct inspections during and after installation to verify structural integrity and proper alignment of racking systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards at all times. Assist in troubleshooting installation issues and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance. Qualifications Proven experience in construction installation, including building material installation, window or cabinet installation, or similar trades. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation related to racking installation. Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA or local safety regulations. Experience working on outdoor construction sites and remodeling projects is highly desirable. Skills in masonry, trim carpentry, plastering, caulking, stucco application, or hardscape work are a plus. Ability to work efficiently in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across multiple trades.
