Apply caulking to seal windows against air and water infiltration. Assist in the fabrication of window frames as needed. Conduct fixture installation, ensuring all components are securely attached. Engage in metal stud framing when required for window support structures. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in trim carpentry techniques. Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately. Experience as a maintenance person with a diverse skill set in construction tasks. Knowledge of fabrication processes related to window frames. Strong caulking skills for effective sealing of windows. Experience with fixture installation, ensuring quality workmanship. Competence in using hand tools safely and effectively.
