Job Summary We are seeking a full-time experienced, motivated service technician to join our team. This position focuses on suspension upgrades, wheels and tires, and exterior accessory installation on custom camper vans and adventure vehicles. Key Responsibilities Install suspension systems, lift kits, wheels, and tires Bumpers Roof racks Running boards Lighting Ladder systems Exterior storage solutions Additional van accessories and upgrades Perform quality control inspections on completed work Work efficiently while maintaining high craftsmanship standards Be able to jump into other aspects of the job with a positive and ambitious mentality Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work space; Live More takes pride in our company image Project a friendly, kind, and positive attitude Must be able to follow directions, work as a team, or as an individual Must possess mechanical aptitude Take pride in work completed Adaptability- willingness to learn new skills and techniques Qualifications Experience with suspension, wheel, and tire installation required Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to read installation instructions and follow build standards Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift heavy parts and work on vehicles throughout the day Strong organization skills Open to learning and feedback Strong work ethic and communication Ambitious and Driven Benefits Starting pay of $16-$24/hr DOE Paid Vacation after 90 days Employee Discounts Paid Holidays Ongoing Training and Career Development Friendly and Supportive Work Environment Pay Raises Highly desired 4 day work week.
