Our shops handle high daily volume, and we are looking for an experienced window tint installer who can keep up with demand and deliver clean, consistent work. This is not a slow shop — we need someone fast, reliable, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities Install window tint on all types of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, trucks) Shrink and cut film efficiently Maintain high-quality installs (no contamination, no light gaps) Work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop Keep workspace clean and organized Communicate with team and management Minimum 1-2 years of window tinting experience Must be able to hand cut and/or use a plotter Ability to shrink back glass cleanly (no fingers/defects) Consistent quality under time pressure Must be reliable and show up on time Valid driver's license preferred Experience with ceramic and carbon films High production experience (5-10+ cars per day) Team player with good attitude Weekly pay Performance-based pay (the faster and better you work, the more you make) Consistent workflow (no waiting for cars) Opportunity for growth into lead installer or manager Why Work With Us High volume = steady income Established company (since 2007) Multiple locations No shortage of work Organized system and support staff
