Responsibilities:

Learn about our window and door products, installation procedures, and pricing structures to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare project quotes and estimates for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining positive relationships. Learn to effectively utilize our software to manage customer data, track orders, and generate reports. Develop strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
