Role Summary We're looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated installer with experience in vinyl siding and window replacement join our team. Duties Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials including vinyl, metal, and fiber cement to ensure a seamless exterior finish. Install windows with attention to detail, ensuring proper fit, insulation, and weatherproofing according to project specifications. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, fasten, and secure siding and window components. Follow all construction safety protocols including the use of safety harnesses, proper ladder use, and adherence to workplace safety regulations. Perform minor repairs such as caulking, trim carpentry, or stucco work to ensure finished surfaces meet quality standards. Lift heavy materials safely during installation processes while maintaining proper ergonomics and posture. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly throughout each project phase. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation, window application, or related exterior finishing work. Knowledge of construction site safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses, ladder safety procedures, and OSHA standards. Skilled in operating hand tools such as caulking guns, hammers, saws, drills, and other power tools essential for installation tasks. Pay:
$16.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
