Position Overview:

The Window Installer is responsible for the professional installation of replacement windows in residential homes. This role may also involve light carpentry work, including framing, trim, and exterior finishing. Experience working with a metal brake is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install replacement windows according to manufacturer specifications and company standards Remove old windows and prepare openings for new installations Perform light carpentry, including framing, interior/exterior trim, and casing work Use a metal brake to fabricate aluminum trim and exterior cladding for a clean, professional finish Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in window installation required (replacement windows preferred) Carpentry, framing, and trim work experience strongly preferred Ability to operate a metal brake for aluminum trim work is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
