Installer Locations:

Columbia, MO (throughout Mid-Missouri) Ellisville, MO (greater St Louis area)

Job Type:

Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

Install products according to company standards and client specifications. Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality. Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and after installation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

3 years proven experience in construction or installation roles. Must provide photos of your prior projects. Plumbing experience required. Experience with Tub-to-Shower conversions is required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
