We are looking for reliable, stable folks who can handle adulting in a job with a lot of potential for growth both personally and financially. Who We're Looking For We're hiring a reliable installer for custom closets, organization systems, and related work. This is a hands-on position for someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right. What You'll Do Install custom closets, pantries, garages, and home organization systems Install window coverings as needed Handle material, load and unload trailers, and set up job sites Take accurate measurements and follow installation plans Keep work areas clean and represent the company professionally with customers Complete jobs efficiently and correctly the first time What We're Looking For Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable towing a trailer or willing to learn to pull a trailer Positive attitude and ability to work independently or with a small team Stable recent employment history Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions Punctual, dependable, and ready to put in a full day's work Prior experience with carpentry, finish work, closet systems, or window treatment installation is a plus, but not required if you're willing to learn and show up consistently.
