Job Overview We are seeking a skilled EIFS / Stucco Installer with extensive DensGlass experience to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves installing Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) and stucco on various building exteriors, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet safety and aesthetic standards. Responsibilities Install EIFS and stucco systems according to blueprint specifications and technical drawings, ensuring precise application and adherence to safety protocols Prepare surfaces by performing rebar installation, framing, metal stud framing, or drywall setup as needed before applying exterior finishes Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects on time Interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately to determine materials, measurements, and installation procedures Perform concrete finishing, masonry work including bricklaying, stone masonry, and concrete masonry when required for structural support or aesthetic purposes Conduct rebar installation and concrete forming tasks to support exterior wall systems or restoration projects Follow safety guidelines rigorously while working at heights or on scaffolding; maintain a clean work environment throughout each project Skills Proven experience with EIFS / stucco installation, especially with DensGlass or similar sheathing products Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry techniques including bricklaying and stone masonry Familiarity with building materials such as drywall, plastering compounds, mortar work, caulking, trim carpentry, roofing, tile laying, and renovation processes Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely; experience with construction site equipment preferred Excellent understanding of safety protocols specific to construction sites involving scaffolding, roofing, or restoration projects Experience in framing carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and building material installation for exterior walls or interior finishes Knowledge of construction plans and blueprint specifications for accurate project execution Strong communication skills for interpreting technical instructions and collaborating effectively with team members Join our team if you're ready to bring your expertise in EIFS/stucco installation to life!
