About Aerolux Aerolux Blinds and Shades is a family-owned manufacturer of high-quality indoor and outdoor window treatments. Established in 1965, we specialize in custom blinds, shades, curtains, motorized systems, and outdoor weather blinds for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a dependable and skilled installer to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Responsibilities Install blinds, roller shades, Roman shades, and other window treatments Install curtains, curtain rods, and commercial curtain tracks Install manual and motorized window-treatment systems Assist with the installation of outdoor weather blinds Take accurate measurements and follow installation specifications Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment safely Troubleshoot installation issues and make minor adjustments or repairs Protect the customer's property and leave the work area clean Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members Qualifications Previous installation, construction, carpentry, handyman, or maintenance experience preferred Experience installing blinds, shades, curtains, or awnings is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to work on ladders and lift and carry window-treatment products and equipment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Willing to travel to job sites in Dayton and surrounding areas Training may be provided for the right candidate with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn.

Pay:

$21.00 - $31.00 per hour
