We're looking for dependable, hardworking Holiday Helpers to help assemble, refurbish, and install commercial holiday decorations throughout the Nashville area. This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and seeing a project come together.

Location:

Nashville, TN Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM until work is completed (typically around 6:00 PM)

Contract:

Approximately 3 months, beginning October 1, 2026

Important Schedule Note:

There will be no work December 7-24. Work will resume December 26 through January 13. What You'll Do

• Assemble holiday decorations according to individual order specifications
• Refurbish and redecorate holiday items from previous seasons, returning them to like-new condition
• Prepare holiday orders for smooth and efficient installation
• Install holiday décor at commercial businesses and customer facilities
• Work both inside warehouse facilities and at customer worksites
• Safely work from ladders and scissor lifts
• Regularly lift and handle items weighing 50-75 lbs
• Work as part of a team to complete seasonal projects accurately and on schedule These responsibilities and physical requirements come directly from the client's scope for the position. What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Ability to regularly lift 50-75 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders and scissor lifts
• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable with good time-management skills
• Ability to work the required seasonal schedule No holiday decorating or design experience is required.

This is a seasonal manual-labor position, so candidates with general labor, warehouse, assembly, installation, event setup, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
