Work alongside colleagues to streamline production processes and meet delivery deadlines. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency for the entire team. Follow all established safety guidelines and organizational procedures to ensure a secure workplace. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training in manufacturing or carpentry is beneficial. Demonstrated background in window fabrication or a comparable industry is highly desirable. Exceptional precision and the capacity to execute complex technical instructions. Proficiency in operating the standard power and hand tools required for window construction. Capacity to function effectively both as a solo contributor and as a collaborative team member. Maintain the physical endurance necessary to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift.
