Full-Time About BRP Insulation BRP Insulation is a growing insulation company serving Northwest Arkansas. We work on both existing homes and new construction projects, helping homeowners and builders improve energy efficiency, comfort, and overall insulation performance. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Insulation Installer who wants consistent work and the opportunity to grow with our company. What You'll Be Doing As an Insulation Installer, you'll work alongside our crew on residential and new construction projects throughout Northwest Arkansas.
Typical responsibilities include:
Installing blown-in fiberglass and cellulose insulation Working inside residential attics Installing attic ventilation baffles Air sealing penetrations, top plates, plumbing, electrical openings, and other areas where air leakage occurs Installing insulation in new construction homes Installing batt insulation when required Preparing attics and job sites before insulation is installed Operating insulation blowing equipment and hoses Loading and unloading insulation and equipment Helping with insulation removal when necessary Keeping trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized Following company procedures and job-site safety requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable working in attics, including during hot weather, and working around insulation, dust, and construction materials.
Ideal candidates will:
Show up on time and ready to work Be comfortable working in tight attic spaces Be able to work in hot conditions Be able to lift approximately 50-75 lbs Be comfortable climbing ladders Have reliable transportation Be able to work well with a crew Take pride in doing clean, quality work Be willing to learn our installation methods and standards Previous insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, framing, or general labor experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic.
