True Heat Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Insulation Installer / Lead Installer to join our team. Job Responsibilities Remove and replace batt and blown-in insulation in residential and commercial properties. Operate insulation removal and installation equipment safely and efficiently. Drive a company box truck to transport materials, equipment, and crew members to job sites. Lead and supervise insulation installation crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress, expectations, and any job-related concerns. Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, project updates, material needs, and job completion. Inspect completed work to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company and industry standards. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Use company software and smartphone applications to document jobs, communicate updates, upload photos, and complete required paperwork. Qualifications Previous insulation installation experience preferred. Experience removing and installing batt and blown-in insulation. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate a box truck. Proven leadership experience managing crews and job site operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions. Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform manual labor throughout the workday. Familiarity with insulation industry safety practices and regulations. Ability to use a smartphone, mobile applications, and company software effectively.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
