Responsibilities Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment to ensure secure access and safety compliance Mix and apply spray foam insulation accurately Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, and install insulation materials with precision Follow all safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards Collaborate with team members to fabricate and install insulation in various building components such as walls, roofs, attics, and crawl spaces Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding project progress, site conditions, and safety procedures Requirements Ability to climb ladders safely and work at heights comfortably for extended periods Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and equipment used in insulation installation Strong understanding of safety protocols related to power tool use, working at heights, and handling chemical-based spray foam products Knowledge of construction techniques including framing, drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, HVAC systems integration, metal stud framing, concrete finishing, or similar trades is advantageous Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork Ability to follow detailed instructions meticulously while maintaining high safety standards a valid driver's license is required.
