Proven experience in insulation or a closely related trade. Ability to read a tape measure confidently and accurately. Skill reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Problem-solving mindset; able to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and the strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
