Full-Time | In Person English or Spanish speakers welcome Green Attic Insulation is hiring Insulation Installers for year-round residential construction work throughout the Chicagoland area. Responsibilities Install blown-in cellulose, batt insulation, and spray foam. Perform attic air sealing and insulation preparation. Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, walls, and other tight spaces. Set up insulation machines, hoses, ladders, tools, and safety equipment. Protect customer property and maintain clean job sites. Follow work orders, safety procedures, and crew leader instructions. Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality. Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, heat, tight spaces, and on ladders. Able to lift and carry insulation materials and equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to commute daily to Schiller Park, IL. Insulation or construction experience preferred. 2+ years of insulation experience required for experienced installer positions. Pay & Growth Up to $29/hr for experienced insulation installers, spray foam technicians, and crew leaders. Pay growth based on skill, quality, productivity, reliability, and leadership.
