Spray Foam Insulation Installer FLSA Status:

• This position requires at least 2-3 year of previous spray foam experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

In this role, you will install spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required Previous construction experience preferred Required 2

• 3 years of previous spray foam experience Clean Driving record required , with potential additional compensation on starting wage Ability to obtain a DOT medical card upon hire required.

Physical Requirements:

Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and ladders May stand for long periods of time Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles Bend or twist their body Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl

Working Conditions:

Often wear protective suits, masks, and respirators Often work indoors, but may on occasion work outdoors Are often exposed to loud and distracting sounds and noise levels Are on occasion exposed to high places Often travel to and from work sites in a truck or van May work in very bright or dim lighting conditions May work physically near other installers Must be authorized to work in the US.
