Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Spray Foam Installer to join our team and drive excellence in insulation installation projects. As a Lead Installer, you will oversee the spray foam application process, coordinate with team members, and ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise spray foam installation teams to ensure efficient and accurate application of insulation materials according to project specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan installation procedures effectively. Prepare surfaces and work areas by cleaning, masking, or setting up scaffolding and ladders to facilitate safe and precise application. Operate power tools, airless paint sprayers, and hand tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to schedule work phases and address any technical or logistical issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular site inspections, enforcing PPE use, and maintaining a safe working environment. Perform quality control checks on completed installations, making adjustments as needed for optimal insulation performance. Experience Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on building insulation installation or related trades such as plastering, masonry, or carpentry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following specifications accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and fabrication equipment necessary for insulation projects. Familiarity with safety protocols related to power tool operation, ladder use, working at heights, and handling hazardous materials. Previous leadership experience as a lead installer or supervisor in construction environments is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations efficiently. Construction site experience that includes framing, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, painting preparation, concrete finishing or masonry work is a plus.
