What's in it for You?

Pay:

24-30 per hour, based on experience

Full-Time:

Approximately 31-40 hours per week

Schedule:

8-hour workdays; start and end times vary by project

Overtime:

Paid at 1.5x for hours worked over 40

Annual Bonus:

Based on company net profit

What You'll Need3-5 years of hands-on insulation experience Experience leading or directing a small field crew Working knowledge of construction job-site practices Experience using hand tools, power tools, and related installation equipment Ability to perform hands-on field work while directing a 2-3 person crew Ability to follow project specifications and job-site safety procedures Ability to maintain quality and productivity throughout each project Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements Ability to report to the Kent shop and travel to job sites throughout Northeast Ohio Ability to work varying start and end times based on project needs Ability to work overtime when availableNo specific trade license or certification is required.
