What You'll Do Responsibilities vary by position and experience and may include: Install fiberglass batts, blown fiberglass, cellulose, or spray foam insulation. Work with project managers to ensure proper insulation placement and compliance with specifications. Prepare work areas and protect customer property before installation. Complete air sealing and other preparation needed for proper insulation performance. Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. Follow manufacturer specifications and company installation standards. Operate and maintain installation equipment according to training and manufacturer instructions. Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other areas requiring climbing, lifting, bending, and kneeling. Maintain clean and organized job sites and follow all safety protocols. Represent
