What You'll Do Install fiberglass batts and blown insulation to spec on residential, agricultural, and commercial jobs Apply sealant packages, fire stop, and complete attic seals Install baffles and vents, Install Styrofoam and Solex Load the truck according to the work order Fill the insulation machine efficiently and communicate clearly over the radio Follow crew leader direction Drive company vehicles safely between job sites, observing road restrictions Protect job sites — driveways, floors, and finished surfaces — and leave the truck and warehouse clean at day's end Complete daily paperwork: time sheets and vehicle inspection reports Required At least 18 years old Legal to work in the United States Able to pass a background check, physical exam, and drug test Valid driver's license Able to lift/carry 75 lbs. and work in attics, on ladders, and in tight spaces Ideal Previous insulation installation experience Comfortable operating an insulation machine Experience driving box trucks Benefits Health insurance Paid vacation and holidays IRA with 3% company match On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Company apparel Performance bonus Annual driver's bonus Closing Statement We're a faith-based company guided by Biblical principles.
