Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of spray foam insulation equipment and materials on job sites Support insulation technicians in applying spray foam insulation according to blueprint specifications and technical drawings Handle and operate power tools and hand tools safely during installation processes Climb ladders and scaffolding to reach high or hard-to-access areas for insulation application Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to aid accurate installation Help with site cleanup, material handling, and ensuring all tools are maintained and stored properly Qualifications Construction site experience or familiarity with building projects preferred Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings accurately Mechanical knowledge or experience with fabrication, carpentry, roofing, or masonry is a plus Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights safely Knowledge of safety protocols related to power tools, scaffolding, and construction environments Strong communication skills for client interactions and team coordination Willingness to learn new skills such as airless paint spraying or HVAC-related tasks This role is paid and offers a fantastic entry point into the construction industry.
