Responsibilities and Duties Duties:

Adhere to vigorous safety procedures. Preform departmental activities per standard operating procedures and supervisors directions. Ensure that work preformed is neat and to exact specification.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves prolonged standing, repetitive motion, bending, stooping, pushing, lifting, and pulling. Good hand eye coordination and the ability to discern colors are required. Incumbents are also required to repetitively lift as much as 80 lbs. Hand dexterity and strength are required. Qualifications and Skills Ability to safely use small pneumatic tools. Sufficient literacy to read and understand verbal and written instructions Work is preformed inside and outside a warehouse type facility with temperatures subject to normal Southern California outside environmental conditions. Hearing protection and safety glasses are required at all times and are provided. Additional safety equipment may also be provided based on specific assignments. Work surfaces are concrete. Assemblers stand while performing their respective job functions. Use of ladders and scaffolding may be required.
