Position Summary Performs cleanup of various areas across the facility, to include, but not limited to, exterior buildings, attics, roofs, construction and utility areas. General Purpose Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while supporting projects and other facility construction or maintenance activities. Position Responsibilities Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers' expectation Clean construction work areas by removing trash, scrap material, dust, and debris throughout the project and at the end of each shift. Sort, collect, and dispose of construction debris in the proper containers and keep walkways, exits, and work areas clear. Sweep, shovel, vacuum, and wipe down work areas, equipment, and surfaces as needed. Load, unload, move, stage, and organize tools, ductwork, sheet metal, insulation, hardware, and other construction materials. Follow required safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe-work practices for elevated work, sharp metal, and active construction areas. Protect nearby equipment, products, and finished surfaces from dust, debris, or damage during construction work. Report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, material shortages, and maintenance concerns to the supervisor. Perform other construction, cleanup, and facility-support duties as assigned. In the absence of key personnel, duties will be covered by a trained team member designated by management. Essential Skills and Experience Ability to follow instructions, work safely with limited supervision and maintain a clean and organized work area. Must be able to work around active construction and maintenance projects. Preferred Relevant Skills and Experience Job-site cleanup experience preferred. Valid Georgia driver's license preferred. Positions reporting to this person None Physical Demands and Work Environment Able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, climb, and work in tight spaces. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull tools, materials, debris, and equipment. Able to safely use ladders and work from elevated platforms or lifts as assigned and trained. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in active construction areas and may involve dust, debris, sharp metal edges, noise, odors, and hot, cold, or wet conditions. Required personal protective equipment may include safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, protective footwear, hard hat, and other equipment appropriate to the task.
