Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Metal Fabricators for projects located in or around Gordonsville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience plus $125/per diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the Jobsite. Job Scope:

Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components Fabricate structural steel, frames, brackets, and custom metal parts Operate fabrication equipment and machinery to complete production requirements Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials Maintain accurate measurements and tolerances throughout the fabrication process Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and fabrication prints Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Requirements:

Previous fabrication experience preferred Experience working with structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Ability to read and interpret schematics and fabrication drawings Strong measuring, fitting, and layout skills Ability to maintain precise tolerances and quality standards Experience operating fabrication equipment and shop tools Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
