We are a rapidly expanding company located in Royse City, focused on Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Fabrication and Steel Construction/Erection services looking to add new members to our team who have a passion for safety, while executing steel fabrication with a high level of excellence and pride in a job well done. We are currently seeking skilled Structural Fitters and Fabricators to join our team First Shift (M-F 6:00am-2:30pm) Second Shift (M-Th 2:30pm-1:00am).

Experience & Requirements:

MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS

of proven

STRUCTURAL STEEL

(D1:1) fitting and fabrication experience using various welding techniques, including MIG, Hardwire and Dual-Shield.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
• Must be able to read English
• Strong welding skills with expertise in various welding techniques
• Familiarity with hand tools, micrometers, plasma cutting equipment, cranes, and forklifts.
• Ability to interpret and follow welding codes and standards.
• Capable of building and assembling metal structures accurately, without direct supervision.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus, but not necessary

Job Responsibilities:

• STRONG ATTENTION TO SAFETY is a MUST!
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and
• Welding, Fitting and Fabrication of metal parts and components using various welding techniques
• Utilize hand tools and equipment such as standard measuring equipment, plasma cutters, Oxyacetylene torches and other typical fabrication tools.
• Ensure welded parts meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Operate forklifts to move materials within the work area.
• Adhere to welding codes and standards for quality assurance.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
