STEEL DETAILER/ CHECKERMonday - Friday8:00 am - 5:00 pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Collaborate with Project Managers and Production teams to deliver accurate, high-quality steel detail drawings. Review and verify structural plans and specifications for compliance and accuracy. Conduct thorough checks of drawings and fabrication documents to identify errors before production. Coordinate with fabrication and engineering teams to resolve design issues efficiently. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing reliable, timely solutions. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and company procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in Structural Steel estimatingExcellent verbal and written communicationProficient in computer skills, such as Word, Excel, AutoCad, and StrumisExperience in SDS2 is a plusProduce complete sets of structural drawings (Erection drawings and detailed Fabrication drawings)Able to read and understand blueprints and contract plansMinimum of 2 years' experience in the steel industry #psseguin
