Location:

Eunice, NM (Hobbs-area candidates strongly preferred) Seeking an experienced Field Technician to operate and maintain water, wastewater, and remediation treatment systems. This is a full-time, onsite position with regional travel during work hours using a provided company vehicle. Occasional after-hours work and emergency callouts may be required.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant industrial, mechanical, environmental, oil & gas, utility, or water treatment experience.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, valves, piping, mechanical troubleshooting, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
• 40-hour

HAZWOPER

certification or ability to obtain.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card after hire, including passing the required federal background check.
• Ability to pass drug screening, including hair follicle testing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., wear PPE and respirators, and work outdoors in industrial environments.
• Willingness to perform up to 90% fieldwork.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain water, wastewater, and remediation treatment systems.
• Monitor equipment, gauges, meters, and control panels.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs.
• Collect samples and conduct routine testing and quality control.
• Operate pumps, valves, generators, and related equipment.
• Coordinate site activities and respond to operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with groundwater sampling, environmental remediation, treatment system operations and maintenance, oil & gas facilities, wastewater treatment, environmental compliance, construction equipment, or subcontractor oversight.

Ideal Candidates:

Environmental Technicians, Remediation Technicians, Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Field Service Technicians, Water/Wastewater Operators, Utility Operators, and Oil & Gas Field Operators.

Location Requirement:

Candidates residing in Hobbs, Eunice, and surrounding areas are strongly preferred. Relocation candidates may be considered if highly qualified and willing to relocate. #

KCJ Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
