The Landscape Administrative Assistant is an essential part of the landscape division and works with the Manager to assist in many day to day tasks and scheduling processes that are imperative to the department running smoothly and efficiently. Summary This position requires a dynamic and motivated self-starter with exceptional organization, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects while maintaining the general requirements of the position in a time-sensitive environment. Responsibilities 1. Schedules delivery services through Roadie, NPPW, and store trucks. 2. Assists in checking store inventory for product to assist procurement of product. 3. Create LD yard signage. 4. Enter all customer data into Aspire to ensure customer is tracked appropriately. 5. Answer all incoming phone calls to the call center and respond appropriately. 6. Orders/creates purchase orders for bulk material from Southwest Boulder and Whittier Fertilizer Company, tracks all purchases. 7. Invoicing of sales which includes completing transfers and receiving purchase orders for direct drop material such as sod, bark, and SWB rock products. 8. Fill supply orders for designers and place items in the courier bag as ordered. 9. Works with customers to collect final payments and refunds for Landscape designs, extra hours, ProCare, etc. 10. Assists in creating estimates for designers. 11. Answer customer service calls as back up. 12. Accepts other responsibilities as assigned. Education/Experience Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) (required)
