Minimum 5 Years in the Landscape Industry About Landscape Boss Landscape Boss LLC is a growing landscape construction company focused on delivering high-quality projects and an excellent customer experience. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Estimator & Designer who can help take projects from the initial customer meeting through estimating, design, follow-up, and ultimately a signed contract. This position is ideal for someone who understands landscape construction, communicates extremely well with customers, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company. Responsibilities Meet with prospective customers to discuss their landscape projects, ideas, needs, and budgets. Perform accurate site measurements and evaluate existing site conditions. Develop professional landscape designs and project concepts. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for landscape construction projects. Understand materials, labor requirements, equipment, production rates, and project costs. Clearly present designs, proposals, options, and pricing to customers. Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and potential customers. Build strong relationships and provide an excellent customer experience from the first meeting through contract signing. Make necessary revisions to estimates and designs based on customer feedback. Communicate project details clearly with management and production crews to ensure a smooth transition from sales to construction. Stay organized and manage multiple estimates, designs, leads, and follow-ups at the same time. Take ownership of opportunities and see each estimate through to the end rather than simply sending a proposal and waiting for the customer to respond. Work closely with the Landscape Boss team and contribute to the continued growth of the company. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the landscaping or landscape construction industry. Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and installation practices. Experience estimating landscape construction projects. Landscape design experience and the ability to help customers visualize a completed project. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Strong sales and follow-up abilities. Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable taking responsibility for projects and customer relationships. Must work well with others and be a team player. Must be motivated to grow professionally and grow with Landscape Boss LLC long term. Valid driver's license required. Clean background required. Pay:
