T&B Landscaping is a family-owned landscape and construction company in Andover, MA, founded in 2003. We do residential and commercial landscape construction, plantings, lawn installs, irrigation and snow removal. We're hiring an equipment operator to run machines on our construction jobs and a loader in the winter. This is full-time, year-round work for anyone who wants it: construction spring through fall, snow removal all winter.

Pay:

Starting at $40/hour, based on experience

Health insurance, 401(k), year-round work What you'll do (spring to fall) Run mini excavators and skid steers (Bobcat) for digging, site clearing and grading Prep and install loam, sod, hydroseed, drainage, and the base for patios and walkways Handle big planting installs: tree and arborvitae rows, boulders, granite pieces Set silt fence and erosion control, and work safely around marked utilities (Dig Safe) Trailer equipment between job sites and lead a small crew on site Winter Run a wheel loader on commercial snow removal, including storm, overnight and weekend shifts Requirements Massachusetts Hoisting License (required), 2A preferred Valid driver's license and comfortable towing a trailer Experience running excavators, skid steers and loaders Available for winter storm shifts Reliable, able to read a site plan and run a job with little supervision Nice to have CDL Class B Hardscape or irrigation experience How to apply: Apply here on Indeed and answer the screening questions.
