Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious CDL Grapple Truck Operator to join our Residential and Commercial full-service tree company. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a grapple truck loading and hauling trees and the like. Important! If you are more than jus a CDL driver and have experience in the Tree industry, Are a Certified Arborist, Climber, Bucket operator, etc. the starting pay is NOT stuck at $27/hr. You show me how well you can benefit the team and i will pay accordingly! Responsibilities Operate CDL-certified grapple trucks with precision, managing hydraulic cranes, boom trucks, and other lifting equipment to handle diverse materials safely and efficiently Perform load handling procedures in crane operations, ensuring proper rigging, load securing methods, and adherence to safety protocols at all times Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, forklifts, backhoes, and hydraulics systems to guarantee operational safety and reliability Follow construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards during all crane and material handling activities to prevent accidents and injuries Secure loads using appropriate rigging techniques, ensuring stability during transport and compliance with safety regulations Assisting in tree pruning and removing on a wide range of working conditions Working outdoors in all safe weather conditions Experience Mechanical knowledge related to crane operation, hydraulics, lifting equipment, and material handling machinery is a plus but not a requirement. You will receive all training required Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving in construction settings is highly desirable Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including OSHA standards; commitment to implementing safety protocols consistently Ability to follow detailed instructions for crane operation and safety equipment usage while maintaining situational awareness at all times Lots of room to grow with our team! Pay:

From $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
