Chattanooga, TN Job Details Part-time From $20.80 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Tree trimming Aerial lift for tree climbing Single rope technique (SRT) Tree cutting Bucket operation Bucket truck Tree risk assessment Full Job Description Stevens Realty LLC is a property management company that owns and manages more than 2,000 rental properties across Tennessee and Oklahoma, including Cookeville, McMinnville, Knoxville, Nashville, Chattanooga, and Lawton, Oklahoma. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tree Service Subcontractor to service our rental properties in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. Contractors who also offer landscaping services are a plus! Responsibilities Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal. Identify hazardous, damaged, or overgrown trees. Safely operate bucket trucks and other tree-service equipment as needed. Complete work orders and submit before-and-after photos and required documentation. Provide recommendations regarding tree maintenance and potential safety hazards.

Additional Plus:

Offer landscaping services, including brush clearing, shrub trimming, and general property upkeep. Requirements Previous tree-service experience. Reliable vehicle, tools, and equipment. Ability to safely operate a bucket truck when required. Reliable, responsive, and professional communication. Proof of insurance and completed W-9.
