Responsibilities Perform snow removal services for assigned commercial and/or residential properties throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Utilize personal equipment, including plow truck, snow blower, and shovels, to clear snow efficiently and safely. Respond promptly to snow events as needed, ensuring timely and thorough service for all assigned locations. Maintain clear communication with Warners Outdoor Solutions regarding job status and completion. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards while on site. Qualifications Must provide own plow truck, snow blower, and shovels. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during snow events. Must provide proof of general liability, auto liability, and workers compensation insurance. Experience with snow removal for commercial and/or residential properties is preferred. Compensation Set pricing based on jobs assigned. Prompt payment upon completion of work. Experience and License Requirements Snow Removal (optional)
