You will operate and monitor mining and material-handling equipment, perform routine inspections, collect samples for quality checks, and document production data. Working closely with maintenance and production teams, you'll follow strict safety and environmental standards while troubleshooting basic issues. Responsibilities Assist with safe extraction, handling, and transport of raw materials in mining operations Operate and monitor mining and material-handling equipment under supervision Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Collect material samples and conduct basic quality checks Follow all safety, environmental, and PPE protocols, including lockout/tagout Record production data and operational readings accurately Communicate issues and improvement ideas to supervisors and maintenance teams Support housekeeping and 5 S standards in mining and processing areas Required Skills Mining operations support Heavy equipment operation Safety and hazard awareness Equipment inspection Basic mechanical aptitude Sampling and quality checks Process monitoring Lockout/tagout procedures PPE and safety protocol compliance Basic data and production reporting
