WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Hands-on experience with standby generators, small engines, diesel or gas engines, or related electrical and mechanical service
Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals and use meters and laptop diagnostics
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Comfort working outdoors, on ladders, and around electrical and fuel systems
Strong customer communication and the judgment to work alone with little supervision
Factory training or certification on Cummins, Generac, Kohler, or similar brands is a plus
Arkansas electrical license or willingness to obtain required credentials is a plus
