Return to Job Search Share This Job Facebook Twitter Report This Job Senior LPG Services Technician Not Disclosed San Fernando Not disclosed Permanent full-time Updated 02/10/2026 Human Resource Apply Now Share Share this job Facebook Twitter Report This Job Save Save The Senior LPG Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, repair and upgrade of commercial LPG installations and maintains and repairs bulk tankers, bulk peddling tanks and systems, forklift/bar-be-que/miscellaneous cylinders and supervising Junior Technicians, Performs all Commercial Installations including piping for both Natural Gas and L.P.G. in keeping with standard operating procedures and the health, safety and environment policies governing the operations.

Conduct site visits:

advise customers as their options for installations including informing customer of the loan tank program where applicable, assessment of suitability of area, prepare drawings and material sheet and forwarding documents to the relevant persons so quotations can be prepared on a timely basis. Maintains all Bulk Trucks and Haulage Tankers including piping, pumps, tank fittings, by-pass valves, meters, swivel joints, and hose reels. Responds to all customer calls in a timely manner concerning leaking installations and Bulk Tanks. Conducts pressure testing of non-standard cylinders using compressed air and water, according to NFPA 58 guidelines. Services all cylinders as required. Liaises with the Ministry of Energy and Fire Department for all installations over one hundred (100) gallons. Prepares the Monthly Maintenance Report for tank wagons and bulk trucks using the L.P.G. Cargo tank inspection checklist. Requests the purchasing of new parts for the Installations Department in keeping with standard operating procedures. Provides support to the Sales Department (bulk sales segment) as directed by the Team Leader - LPG Services, or the Operations Manager. Complete job sheets, material return sheets, and inspection sheets, monitoring and guiding work performed by LPG Service Technicians and Apprentices.
