Technicians are responsible for safely completing roadside services, maintaining company equipment, and representing Troy Auto Transport with professionalism. Primary Responsibilities Perform tire changes safely and efficiently. Test, sell, and install batteries. Perform jump starts and basic battery diagnostics. Unlock vehicles using approved lockout procedures. Deliver emergency fuel when required. Communicate with dispatch and provide accurate call updates. Complete all service documentation before closing calls. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle. Conduct daily truck and equipment inspections. Follow all company safety policies and AAA service standards. Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service. Support Troy Auto Transport's goals by helping lower ATA, increasing completed call volume, and maintaining high customer survey scores.

Pay:
