Job Description

Overview Flowback and Well Testing Contractors - Nationwide USA We are seeking experienced Flowback and Well Testing Contractors for projects throughout the United States. Candidates should have strong field experience across completions and production operations, with the ability to work safely and independently in demanding wellsite environments. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain flowback and well-testing equipment. Support completion, drill-out, cleanup, production, and well-testing operations. Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates, fluid levels, and equipment performance. Manage the separation, measurement, and routing of oil, gas, water, and solids. Record accurate operational data and complete daily reports and job documentation. Identify equipment or process issues and perform basic troubleshooting. Communicate effectively with company representatives, supervisors, and other wellsite personnel. Follow all customer, company, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Requirements Previous flowback, well testing, completions, or production experience is required. Working knowledge of separators, manifolds, chokes, sand management equipment, tanks, flare systems, and related well-testing equipment. Current SafeLand and H2S certifications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel and work extended rotations at remote locations nationwide. Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and safely perform the physical duties of the position. Strong safety awareness, communication skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multiple U.S. oil and gas basins. Familiarity with high-pressure operations, sand management, drill-outs, and production facilities. Additional certifications such as First Aid/CPR, OSHA 10, PEC Core Compliance, or customer-specific orientations. Experience completing field tickets, safety documentation, and electronic well reports.
Pay:
$500.00 - $700.00 per day
