We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and can safely and efficiently operate a dozer on a variety of excavation and land-development projects. What We're Looking For 2+ years of dozer/heavy equipment operating experience Experience with dirt work, grading, land clearing, site preparation, road work, pad construction, or similar projects Able to operate equipment safely and efficiently with minimal supervision Dependable and punctual — showing up consistently and on time is important Hardworking with a good attitude and willingness to be part of a team Takes care of equipment and can perform basic daily inspections and maintenance Able to work outdoors in changing weather and jobsite conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required Responsibilities Operate dozers and other equipment as needed for excavation, grading, land clearing, site development, road building, pad construction, and related work. Maintain safe working conditions, communicate with supervisors and other crew members, complete daily equipment checks, and help keep projects moving efficiently and to TAK Enterprises' quality standards.
