Pay:
$24.00-$28.00 an hour, depending on experience.

- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of diverse sizes and weights across various quarry and construction tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and
OSHA/MSHA
regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Promptly report any equipment or operational issues to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
- Execute daily tasks as directed by the Foreman, meeting project or jobsite expectations.
- Perform routine servicing and minor maintenance on equipment; escalate major issues to supervisors as necessary.
- Complete thorough pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation, maintaining compliance with company protocols.
- Assist in mentoring and training less-experienced team members in equipment operation, servicing, and repair to enhance team capabilities.
- Take on general labor duties as required to support overall operations.
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance and promptness at assigned work times.
- Fulfill additional duties assigned to meet evolving operational needs. Qualifications
- Capability to perform all essential duties listed above with competence and professionalism.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in heavy equipment operation. Work Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently operate a broad range of equipment in varying conditions.
- Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing for accurate record-keeping and comprehension of construction documents and blueprints.
- Ability to understand and execute verbal and written instructions with clarity.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of operating complex equipment with independent judgment and skill.
- Minimum age of 18 years is required.
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screening, and criminal background check is mandatory.
