Cargill seeks a skilled Dozer Operator to support manufacturing operations by safely moving and managing bulk materials on-site. In this role, you'll operate dozers and related heavy equipment to feed production, build and maintain stockpiles, and keep loading areas clear and efficient. You'll complete daily equipment inspections, perform basic maintenance, and strictly follow Cargill's safety and environmental standards. Working in a collaborative, learning-focused culture, you'll help ensure reliable plant operations that support Cargill's mission in global food security and sustainable production. Responsibilities Operate dozers to move, load, and stockpile bulk materials for manufacturing processes Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance Follow all Cargill safety, environmental, and quality procedures and OSHA standards Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet material flow requirements Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe access routes Accurately complete logs and reports for equipment use, inspections, and incidents Identify and report equipment issues or hazards promptly to supervisors Required Skills Dozer operation Heavy equipment inspection and maintenance Material handling Load planning and stockpile management Reading site and production plans Basic mechanical troubleshooting Safety and OSHA compliance Two-way radio communication Recordkeeping and log entry Lockout/Tagout procedures
